The Wine and Root Cellar

Buried deep under the original log cabin and into the hillside, this is the coolest place of the house. The temperature stays fairly constant at around 60 degrees Fahrenheit, the perfect environment for a small collection of fine wines and our root crops. Rows of jars with home made jams and canned fruits also wait their turn to be enjoyed during the winter months.
